Clear rules before the camera rolls.
These terms govern use of Flow web, Workspace, prepaid points, generation services and the Flow Serial Studio MCP plugin.

Account responsibility
Provide accurate account information, protect your password and API keys, and revoke credentials you no longer control. You are responsible for activity authorized by an active credential until it is revoked.
Permitted use
Use Flow only for lawful production. Do not infringe rights, impersonate others, evade platform safeguards, probe other accounts, submit malicious payloads or use the service to bypass provider or regional policies.
Content and permissions
You retain rights you hold in submitted and generated content. You grant Flow the limited permission needed to process, store, display and deliver that content. You must have the rights and permissions required for every script, likeness, voice, image and other reference you submit.
Generation results
Generative media can be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable. Review scripts, references, prompts, Takes and final deliveries before publication. Flow does not guarantee that generated content is unique or free of third-party claims.
Points and payments
Point packs are prepaid service credits, not currency or stored value. The server determines pack price and generation quotes. Verified provider payment truth grants points; failed generation releases or refunds eligible reserved points according to the recorded job state.
Refunds and invoices
Refund eligibility is limited to unused refundable points from the original paid lot and is returned through the original payment channel. Electronic receipts are not tax invoices. Tax invoices require a separate request and review.
Service changes
Models, providers, pricing, limits and features may change. Existing durable jobs, settled billing records and active delivery truth are not silently rewritten. Material terms changes will be published with a new effective date.
Suspension and termination
Flow may restrict credentials or accounts for security, fraud, unlawful use or material breach. You may stop using the service and revoke keys at any time. Required billing and audit records may remain after termination.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Flow is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Flow is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost production opportunities or decisions made without reviewing generated output.
